Cooking Instructions:

Sprinkle the shrimp with a little salt and pepper. Fry until cooked and set in a plate.

Heat some oil in the pan. Saute onion and ginger.

Add red chillies, green chillies and soy sauce.

Add salt, black pepper and seasoning to taste.

Pour the soy sauce over the fried shrimp and ready to serve.

Giant River Freshwater Prawn 4 pcs
Mudim’s Special Soy Sauce 6 Sweet Soy Sauce 45ml
Garlic 3 cloves – minced
Onion 1 – cut into 4
Red Chili 1 – sliced
Ginger 4cm – thinly sliced
Salt to taste
White Pepper to taste
Black Pepper to taste
