Cooking Instructions:

Heat some oil in the pan.

Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Put squid, carrot and soy sauce.

Boil until squid is tender.

Add the onion, red chillies and black pepper powder.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Garlic | 4 cloves – minced |
Onion | 1 – sliced |
Red Chili | 1 – sliced |
Ginger | 4cm – thinly sliced |
Black Pepper Powder | 5gm |
Salt & White Pepper | to taste |
