Cooking Instructions:

Sprinkle the fish with a little salt and fry until crisp. Put aside.

Heat some oil in the pan. Sauté garlic, cinnamon, lentils and seasonings until fragrant.

Add coriander powder, white cumin powder and soy sauce. Boil for a minute.

Add the fried fish with the onion and chilli.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mudim’s Sweet Soy Sauce 45ml
Coriander Powder 20gm
White Cumin Powder 20gm
Cinnamon 1 stick
Star Anise 3 pcs
Cardamom 3 pcs
Garlic 5 cloves – finely chopped
Onion 1 pcs – divided by 4
Red Chili 1 – sliced
Salt to taste
White Pepper to taste
