Cooking Instructions:

Heat some oil in a pan. Saute garlic until fragrant.

Add the chilli powder. Saute until oil separates.

Add all the sauces. Saute until oil separates

Insert chicken. Stir well until the chicken is tender.

Add water. Cook until boiling.

Add salt and a little seasoning powder. Stir well.

Add all the sliced ingredients. Stir well. Cook until vegetables are tender. (If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little more water.)

Ready to serve.

Chicken 4pcs – thinly sliced
Garlic 2 cloves – finely chopped
Onion cut into two and sliced
Red Chili 1 – sliced
Bird Eye’s Chili 11pcs – crushed
Kaffir Lime Leaves 2pcs
Cauliflower chopped
Baby Corn 2pcs – sliced
Carrot  ½ pcs – sliced
Long Beans 2 – cut 1 inch apart
Dried Chili 2 tablespoon – grind
Mudim’s Hot Chili Sauce 2 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoon
Oyster Sauce 2 tablespoon
Water 1 cup
Salt to taste
