Cooking Instructions:

Heat oil, add blended chilli.

Add some sugar, stirring until the chillies are dry.

Add Mudim Hot Chili Sauce and tomato sauce. Stir and let the oil break.

Add water (of the desired concentration).

Add salt, onion and chillies. Adjust the taste.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour over the egg yolk. Make sure the sauce is evenly spread over all the eggs. Ready to serve.

Egg 5 pcs – fried
Chili 2-3 tablespoon – grind
Shallot 2-3 tablespoon – grind
Mudim’s Hot Chili Sauce 2 tablespoon
Onion sliced
Bird’s Eye Chili cut into 2
Oil to saute
Water a little bit
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
