Cooking Instructions:

Clean the fish ready to boil and then sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder and fry in a large oil until dry. Separate it for a moment.

Heat the oil, then stir in the ingredients until they are fragrant.

Pour soy sauce and add onion, salt and pepper to taste.

Add fried fish and mix well.

Indian Mackerel Fish 3
Mudim’s Special Soy Sauce 3 tablespoon
Bird’s eye chilli 10 – grind
Shallot 4 cloves – grind
Garlic 2 cloves – grind
Lemongrass 1 – grind
Onion 1 – sliced
Salt to taste
White pepper & tumeric powder to taste
