Cooking Instructions:

Cut egg tofu into small cubes and fry them dry. Put aside.

Heat some oil in the pan.

Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Pour soy sauce and then add the carrot and some water.

Add the onion, salt, pepper to taste.

Add fried egg tofu and mix well until served.

Egg Tofu | 3 pcs |
Carrot | 1 – thinly sliced |
Mudim’s Sweet Soy Sauce & Special Soy Sauce | 30ml |
Green Onion | 1 stalk – cut into 1 inch |
Garlic | 3 cloves – minced |
Onion | 1 – divided into four |
Red Chili | 1 – sliced |
Ginger | 3cm – thinly sliced |
Black Pepper Powder | 5gm |
Slat & White Pepper Powder | to taste |
