Cooking Instructions:

Cut egg tofu into small cubes and fry them dry. Put aside.

Heat some oil in the pan.

Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Pour soy sauce and then add the carrot and some water.

Add the onion, salt, pepper to taste.

Add fried egg tofu and mix well until served.

Ingredients:

Egg Tofu 3 pcs
Carrot 1 – thinly sliced
Mudim’s Sweet Soy Sauce & Special Soy Sauce 30ml
Green Onion 1 stalk – cut into 1 inch
Garlic 3 cloves – minced
Onion 1 – divided into four
Red Chili 1 – sliced
Ginger 3cm – thinly sliced
Black Pepper Powder 5gm
Slat & White Pepper Powder to taste
