|Cucumber||1 – 2 pcs|
|Red Chili||1 pc|
|Yellow Onion||1 pcs – thinly sliced|
|Mudim’s Vinegar||1/3 bottle or 220ml|
- Add vinegar, sugar and salt and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add dried chillies, stir-fry until oil has dissolved.
- Add sliced onions, red chillies and finely chopped carrots.
- Finally add the cucumber and adjust the taste.
