Cucumber 1 – 2 pcs
Carrot ½ pc
Red Chili 1 pc
Yellow Onion 1 pcs – thinly sliced
Mudim’s Vinegar 1/3 bottle or 220ml
Sugar 350g
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Add vinegar, sugar and salt and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add dried chillies, stir-fry until oil has dissolved.
  • Add sliced onions, red chillies and finely chopped carrots.
  • Finally add the cucumber and adjust the taste.
