Cooking Instructions:

Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken liver.

Fry dry and set aside.

Heat some oil in the pan. Stir in the ingredients until the chillies are cooked through.

Add the onion, pre-fried chicken liver and soy sauce. Stir well.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Bird’s eye chili | (15 – grind) |
Shallot | (4 cloves – grind) |
Mudim’s Special Soy Sauce | (45ml) |
Onion | (1 – coarsely sliced) |
Garlic | (3 cloves – crushed) |
Salt & White Pepper | (to taste) |
