Cooking Instructions:

The meat is thinly sliced. Mix meat with salt and turmeric powder.

Put in a pan and cook until the water is dry.

Add water if the meat is not tender.

Once the meat is tender and the water has cooled slightly, add 2-3 tablespoons oil and fry the meat for a while.

Then add the onions, garlic, ginger, rice chilli and chilli / red pepper.

Stir until the onions are wilted.

Then add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and a little pepper.

Stir until cooked. And, ready to serve.

Beef (300gm)
Bird’s Eye Chilli (10 – coarsely sliced)
Red Chilli (1 pc)
Oyster Sauce (to taste)
Cooking Oil (2-3 Spoon)
Mudim’s Special Soy Sauce (to taste)
Onion (1 – coarsely sliced)
Garlic (3 cloves – crushed)
Ginger (3 slices)
Salt, Tumeric Powder, White Pepper (to taste)
