Cooking Instructions:

Heat oil and fry fish until crispy. Lift and pour the oil. Heat some oil in the pan.

Sauté garlic, cinnamon, coriander seeds and cardamom until fragrant.

In a separate pan, add a little of the fish frying oil and sauté the shallots, garlic, ribird eye’s chilli and ginger until wilted.

Add tomato sauce, hot chilli sauce and fish sauce. The ratio for tomato sauce and the chilli sauce is 1: 2.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add red pepper, coriander leaves, kaffir lime leaves and tomatoes.

Then add salt and sugar to taste. Add enough water. Let it boil for a moment.

Pour the sauce over the fish. Ready to enjoy.

Coriander Leaves sliced
Fish Sauce 2 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce 5 tablespoon
Mudim’s Hot Chili Sauce 5 tablespoon
Pineapple 2 pcs – diced
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
